A light note of ripeness introduces the potpourri in an extremely inviting manner, which is reminiscent of dried fruit, mallow and the finest balsamic vinegar (30 years plus!). Cranberries and plums show the range – sour and dense, intense fruit are equally present on the palate. The last third is particularly attractive – laurel, tapenade and a bouquet of Mediterranean herbs do not want to end at all. What must not be concealed: Here we are talking about the first plateau of enjoyment.

0.75l quality wine, 14% vol. Fermented in small French wooden barrels and aged on the fine lees for 18 months with batonnage. An exceptional wine from the best locations around Halbturn (Neusiedlersee wine-growing region) with particular maturity and stability.
